Receiving a red packet

How to receive a red packet:

  1. Open the red packet link shared with you, and sign in to your existing omo account to claim.

  1. Connect an existing wallet.

  • During wallet connection, we only take note of your public address to facilitate the deposit process.

  • Claiming is currently gasless thanks to Peanut Protocol. See Technical implementation.

  1. You will receive the USDC on the same chain where the sender funded it. This cannot be changed.

Each recipient receives a different amount, depending on luck! A leaderboard displaying the distributions will show on the claim link.

When the link has been fully claimed, no one will be able to claim anymore. The link is public and can be visited by anyone to see the leaderboard.
